Abstract
This session covers how JSE is using CA Service Virtualization (SV); to eliminate
environment constraints, infrastructure costs, and developer inefficiency. They’ve
also virtualized a number of third-party systems including STRATE (Central
Securities Depository), BDA (Broker Dealer Accounting) and electronic trading
(FIX).
More impressively, the JSE has managed to integrate SV into their continuous
delivery culture by allowing SV to 'replay' today's production trades in testing in
order to facilitate fault finding and for better functional testing of their EIS (trade
feed) and post trade systems.
