working experience in power plant operation &
maintenance / planning & design / power plant
project.

Age: Maximum 48

Candidates must be Honors
graduation with MBA (major
in HRM) from a recognized
university.
At least 10 (ten) years of working experience in
the post of Assistant Manager (HR) / Assistant
Director (Admin.) in any large organization
including at least 05 years of working experience
as DM (HR) / Sr. Assistant Director (Admin.) in
the field of HR & Administration in multi-
disciplinary environment.
03 Deputy Manager
(Technical)
Age: Maximum 42
(forty-two) years on

At least 05 years of working experience as qualified
engineer in the post of Assistant Manager (Tech.)
/Asstt. Engr. of a large power utility organization
including 02 years of working experience in power
plant operation & maintenance / planning & design /
power plant project.
Compensation Package:
a) Basic Salary for the post of Manager is TK. 48,000/- and Deputy Manager is TK. 37,000 plus House Rent
Allowance, Medical Benefits, Transport, Bonus, Electricity Rebate, Gas Charges, Gratuity, Other Fringe Benefits
& Allowances as per pay structure and the rules of North-West Power Generation Co. Ltd.
b) Income Tax: To be paid by the employee.
General Conditions:
1. The post applied for must be marked on the top of the envelope.
2. Persons employed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization(s) / Govt. owned company(s)
should apply through proper channel.
3. Candidates passed in grading system must have at least CGPA 3.5 on the scale of 5.0 and CGPA 3.0 on the scale
of 4.0 in the academic career. Other than grading system, candidates having minimum 2nd Division(s) / Class (s)
in the academic career shall apply.
4. Candidates passed from foreign university (s) / institute (s) must submit equivalent certificate from the competent
authority.
5. The candidate should be fluent in spoken and written Bengali and English languages, and should be conversant in
computer applications, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
6. The candidate should also be capable of working in challenging and stressful situations.
7. Any incomplete application will not be considered. Only short-listed candidates will be called for written test /
interview or both.
8. Candidates must be ready to work in any project area / power plant(s) of North-West Power Generation Company
Limited.
9. Persuasion of any kind will disqualify the candidate.
10. North-West Power Generation Company Limited management reserves the right to increase or decrease the
number of posts and cancel any or all applications without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

mark sheets / transcripts including training and other activities, nationality certificate and national ID card, 3 copies
recent PP size photographs along with a crossed postal order / pay order / bank draft of the value of TK. 300/- payable

Name, (D) Permanent Address, (E) Present / Mailing Address, (F) Contact Number(s), (G) National ID Card Number,

Institute / University, iii. Group / Subject, iv. Passing Year, v. Division / Class / CGPA obtained, vi. Percentage of

Engr. of a large power utility including at least 05 years of working experience as Deputy Manager (Technical) / SDE. b) Candidates should have at least 03 years of working experience in power plant operation & maintenance / planning & design / power plant project. 02 Manager (HRD) Age: Maximum 48 (forty-eight) years on 15.07.2013. 1 Candidates must be Honors graduation with MBA (major in HRM) from a recognized university. At least 10 (ten) years of working experience in the post of Assistant Manager (HR) / Assistant Director (Admin.) in any large organization including at least 05 years of working experience as DM (HR) / Sr. Assistant Director (Admin.) in the field of HR & Administration in multi- disciplinary environment. 03 Deputy Manager (Technical) Age: Maximum 42 (forty-two) years on 15.07.2013. 7 (Mech. 4 Elect. 3) Candidates must be B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics) from a recognized institute / university. At least 05 years of working experience as qualified engineer in the post of Assistant Manager (Tech.) /Asstt. Engr. of a large power utility organization including 02 years of working experience in power plant operation & maintenance / planning & design / power plant project. Compensation Package: a) Basic Salary for the post of Manager is TK. 48,000/- and Deputy Manager is TK. 37,000 plus House Rent Allowance, Medical Benefits, Transport, Bonus, Electricity Rebate, Gas Charges, Gratuity, Other Fringe Benefits & Allowances as per pay structure and the rules of North-West Power Generation Co. Ltd. b) Income Tax: To be paid by the employee. General Conditions: 1. The post applied for must be marked on the top of the envelope. 2. Candidates passed from foreign university (s) / institute (s) must submit equivalent certificate from the competent authority. 5. The candidate should be fluent in spoken and written Bengali and English languages, and should be conversant in computer applications, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. 6.
