Note :–
• An applicant may submit application for more than one post indicating their order of
preference.
• The number of posts is subject to change as per requirement, without giving any prior
notice.
• Reservation of Physically Handicapped Person (PHP) shall be as per Government of
Jharkhand rule.
• Application fee is to be deposited through State Bank of India’s State Bank Collect link
either through online mode of the various payment options available for online payment or
by way of selecting branch payment mode for payment and online generating payment
challan with unique internet banking reference no and making payment offline payment at
any SBI Branch in reference of the unique reference no. generated ON-LINE inbetween
21.09.2015 from 10:00 Hrs to 04.10.2015 upto 17:00 Hrs against application registration
number for which link is also available at JUVNL website.
• The applicant must write unique internet banking reference number, in the "ON-LINE" auto
generated application along with other details. The application fee is non-refundable in any
case. Therefore, the candidates are advised to ensure that they are eligible for the applied
post in all respect. Before submitting the application "ON-LINE", the applicant must ensure
that the Unique internet banking reference number Number entered is correct in all respect.
In case of non-encashment of deposited fee due to any discrepancy, the application shall be
deemed to be automatically rejected.
• SC/ST candidates of other States will be treated as UR candidates even for the purpose of
Application fee.

General Instructions :–
a. The information furnished by the applicant in ON-LINE application will be final and no
request for any change will be entertained. If in future, any information furnished in online
application is found wrong, his/her candidature will summarily be rejected.
b. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Manual/ paper application without online
submission will not be entertained.
c. All educational qualifications should be from a Government/ AICTE recognized university/
institute.
d. The candidate should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria and other norms in all
respects mentioned in the advertisement. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment
process that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and/ or does not comply with
other requirements and/ or he/she furnished any incorrect/ false information or has
suppressed any material fact (s), his/her candidature is liable to be rejected. If any of the
above shortcomings is/ are detected, even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be
terminated without any notice.
e. Request for change of mailing address/e-mail ID/ category/ posts as declared in the
application form will not be entertained.
f. The e-mail ID entered in the application form must remain valid for at least one year as any
important intimation to the candidates may also be provided by JUVNL will not be
responsible for bouncing any e-mail sent to the candidates.
g. SC, ST, BC-I, BC-II and Jharkhand resident candidates should carefully mention the
categories to which they belong, since these details will not be allowed to change later.
h. Candidates are advised to be cautions while filling the application form about accuracy and
correctness of the information. They may cross-check the information furnished in the
application form before finally submitting the same as no correction would be possible later.
i. The candidates coming for interview without NOC from their present employer may not be
considered for interview.
j. Applications that are not in conformity with the requirements indicated in this
Advertisement, incomplete applications, those not in conformity with details appearing in
the website (www.juvnl.org.in) or those received after last date will not be entertained.
k. Only shortlisted candidates, who are found apparently eligible, based on the application data
and documents submitted will be called for written test and shall be intimated on their
registered e-mail ID/ registered mobile nos. through e-mail/ SMS.
l. No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates not selected for written test.
m. No TA/ DA will be paid to the candidate, if called for written test/ interview.
n. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
o. The candidate will be liable for serious legal action if any false information with respect of
name, father’s name, date of birth, address, educational qualification, percentage of marks,
caste certificate, photographs etc. is furnished by him or her. Candidates are therefore
advised to ensure that they meet all requirements of the post applied for.
p. Selected candidates can be posted to any of the units/ divisions/ project sites etc.
q. Nigam keeps the right to cancel the selection process at any stage and the number of posts to
be filled up may vary according to the exigencies of the Nigam.
r. Any dispute regarding this advertisement will be disposed of by the Hon’ble Jharkhand
High Court, Ranchi.

s. The Print out of the application has to be sent only through ordinary post. No application
will be entertained or received through person. The name of the post & category must be
super-scribed on the envelope containing the application.
t. Candidates unable to furnish NOC from their present employer may not be considered for
interview.
u. The selected candidates shall have to produce relieving letter from the previous employer at
the time of resuming his duty, if they are working with other employer. They will also have
to submit no departmental enquiry or vigilance case is pending against him from their
employer as and when required.
v. The Candidates will be liable for suitable action if any false information/ certificate, in
respect of name, father's name, date of birth, address, educational qualification, percentage
of marks, caste & Creamy layer certificate, domicile certificate, PHP certificate,
photographs etc. is furnished by him/ her.
w. Must submit permanent Domicile Certificate of Jharkhand (If reservation benefit is claimed)
x. If reservation benefit is claimed for BC-I/BC-II, must submit Caste and recent creamy layer
certificate issued by the competent authority of their home district in the prescribed format
of Government of Jharkhand. OBC certificate issued for service of Govt. of India will not be
accepted. For SC/ST, only caste certificate is required from competent authority
y. Canvassing in any form shall debar the candidate from selection.
z. In case of Name/Surname changed, a copy of Gazette of that effect should be submitted as
and when required.
aa. The centre for written test will be normally in Jharkhand, but JUVNL reserves the right for
deciding the examination centre.
bb. No TA/ DA will be paid to the Candidate, if called for Written Test/ Counseling etc.
cc. Mere submission of application does not guarantee the adequacy of candidature for being
considered for selection process.
dd. The JUVNL reserves right to cancel the selection process at any stage and increase or
decrease the number of posts to be filled according to the exigencies of the Company.
ee. Each Candidate is required to submit only one application form. Submission of multiple
applications will lead to cancellation of the Candidature.
ff. Selected Candidates will be called for document verification/ counseling.
gg. Candidates are advised to possess a valid e-mail ID and mobile number, which is to be
entered in the on-line Application form. The e-mail address specified in the application
should be valid/ functional for at least 12 months from the date of the submission of
application.
hh. Provisional Admit Card will be issued on the basis of information furnished by the applicant
in his/her ON-LINE application subject to encashment of online payment /Bank challan
receipt submitted by the applicant.
ii. Admit Card may be downloaded from the website. NO Admit Card shall be delivered
through post.
