Yellow Chicken
For 4 people.
Preparation time: 45 minutes
ingredients:
sauce:
3 tablespoons butter
½ cup onion, chopped into large cubes
2 tablespoons curry powder
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ cup cream
Salt to taste for seasoning
¼ cup chopped pecans
chicken:
2 boneless chicken breasts, skinned, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
procedure:
sauce:
Melt half the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the onion and
let it become transparent, add the curry, pepper and finally the
cream, mix until just incorporated all the ingredients, reduce heat
