This document outlines a two-day career guidance activity for Grade 10 and 12 students at Dulangan National High School. On the first day, students will receive an orientation on career planning and choosing their exit track after senior high school. Speakers will discuss strengthening awareness of career choices and determining personality and interests. The second day focuses on qualifications for different careers and jobs, as well as trends in the labor market. Students will learn about available job options and how to match their needs, interests, and aptitudes. The goal is for students to make informed decisions about their career paths.
