next stage because
of his perceive low
self image, low self
esteem and wrong
career.
3. In career development, this aspect of
personality development must be address
in order to achieve a good self image of his
self and in decision making. Hence, the
career pathing program of SPUS is
designed for the advantage of the third
year students especially on improving their
selves and their potentials through self
understanding and self development.
Additionally, it inculcates and highlights the
Paulinian values in three years developed
among students.

Christ is the CENTER of Paulinian
life. She/He follows and imitates
Christ, doing everything in
reference to Him.

The Paulinian has a mission – a
LIFE PURPOSE to spread the
Good News. Like Christ, she/he
actively works “to save’ this world,
to make it a better place.

The Paulinian is a RESPONSIBLE
FAMILY MEMBER and CITIZEN,
concerned with building communities,
promotion of peoples, justice and
peace, and the protection of the
environment.
Charism
The Paulinian develops his/her
GIFTS/TALENTS to be put in the
service of the community. She/He
strives to grow and improve daily,
always seeking the better and finer
things, and the Final Good.
