Heart attack is one of the leading

Hypertension or high blood pressure

pressure in the arteries is chronically
elevated.

4. Atrial fibrillation (AF) is an irregular
and often rapid rhythm, or arrhythmia,
of the upper chambers of the heart.
These rapid contractions of the heart
are weaker than normal contractions,
resulting in slow flow of blood in the
atrium.
