• Web-based Management Information System are program that can offer
detailed, acessible, and secured keeping of all data.
• The researcher was conducted the proposed project at the Barangay
Del Pilar, were the officials are the ones who answered questionnaire to
create accurate findings.
• Using a manual based process, there are still problem encountered base on
the result of the study.
• This study is the solution to the different problem encountered reagrdless
of using the existing maual base process.

11. • Based from the conducted Pre-evaluation in using the Manual-based
system the respondents answer on Functionality, Performance,
Usability, and Security fall on very much a problem. It means that
during the process of using the Manual-based System they
encountered some faulty.
• Thus, it is a hassle to the respondents in using the Manual-based
System particularly if they are not capable in using it or they are not
familiar in using the system, there's a tendency that whatever data
they are going to input will loss, disorganized or being misplaced.
