This document provides guidelines for capitalization in English, including capitalizing the first word of every sentence, personal pronouns like "I", family relations used as names, titles of works, proper nouns like names of specific people and places, days of the week, months, holidays, historical events, religions, languages and nationalities, brand names, titles when preceding names, and names of political entities in some publications. Exceptions include articles, prepositions, conjunctions in titles, directions, seasons, and titles after names.
