Capital Plaza is a commercial
development for REISCO a private
company for Real Estate and
Investment Services.
The Development is programmed at
approximately 247,000 m2 of gross
area consisting of Four (4) basement
levels, three (3) apartment towers;
two 39-story and one tower of 45
story. In addition to a 33-story office
tower and five (5) star hotel tower (31-
story).
All towers rise up on a podium of
seven (7) story, which would be
utilized for Cineplex, Food Court,
Retail Outlets and parking spaces.
CRSS Responsibilities includes
construction management and
supervision, claims management and
change order reviews, cost control,
quality assurance and safety, final
occupancy and project handing over
activities, in addition to defects liability
period related services.
