Cameroon belongs to the continent of Africa. It borders Nigeria to the west, Chad to the north-east, The Central republic of Africa to the east and equatorial Guinea, Gabon and The Republic of Congo to the south. Cameroon leigt in Westen Afrika und in der N ähe von Angola.

Cameroon is home to many  languages. There are roughly 230! But the only official  languages are  English and French.

Die hauptstadt von Kamerun ist Yaound é. The capital of Cameroon is Yaoundé. Chutes d’Ekom  is also a very famous landmark in Cameroon. It is very  impressive and is the largest waterfall in Cameroon with an 80 meter drop. Mount Fako is another famous  landmark. This enormous mountain stands at 4070 meters tall and was first climbed in 1861.
There are many famous sportsmen and women in Cameroon but some of the most famous are the footballers. Samuel Eto’o is a very  famous footballer. Samuel Eto’o plays for Barcelona, a top flight Spanish team. He has had many honours at Barcelona including winning the champions league.
Cameroon’s main exports are crude oil and petroleum products, lumber, cocoa beans, aluminium, coffee and cotton. And their main partners are Spain, Italy, France, the United  Kingdom, the United States of  America and Netherlands. Aus Kamerun exportiert man kakaobohne und kaffee.
