We offer retained search services for permanent or long-term contract positions.

•   Continual client communication, candidate evaluation and total process feedback
•   Initial client interview, organizational and position attractiveness determination
•   Identification of required technical skills, personality characteristics, and problem solving capability
•   Development of a customized search strategy
•   Identification of search research parameters – candidate, company, industry
•   Internal CAES database candidate and referral search, contact and follow up
•   Professional contact, introduction to and evaluation of research identified candidates
•   Initial applicant screening – pre-screen document evaluation and telephone evaluation
•   Formal candidate assessment interviews (typically 4 hour evaluation per candidate)
•   Verbal or written candidate profile evaluation commentary
•   Presentation of formal client offer of employment, acceptance negotiation
•   Performance follow-up
