The study investigates the electrical conductivity and thermal properties of a new oligomer, 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole tetramer, focusing on the effects of acid doping and temperature. Results indicate that the highest conductivity (7.0 x 10^-3 s/cm) is achieved with samples doped in acid, while undoped samples exhibit significantly lower conductivity. The research suggests potential applications in UV-visible optoelectronic devices due to the material's favorable properties.
