Electronics Almelo I was responsible for:
• monitor QLTC performance of suppliers and push for improvement ,
• conduct supplier selection & improvement projects including international
supplier auditing,
• conduct troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis Team sessions in order
to find and mitigate production stops, structural design issues.
• coordinate improvement project both at suppliers and Almelo internally.
Beside this operational role, I am tasked to identify need for change, help
colleagues to implement changes in new processes, working methods and use
of Quality tools and systems.
2011 – 2013 As QHSE Engineer at Howden Thomassen Compressors BV
I supported “New Build” compressor projects for instance by composing
Quality Inspection & Test Plans. I performed internal and supplier audits as
lead auditor, performed Root Cause Analysis and coordinated improvement
projects in order to prevent deviations, increase process control, safety and
logist efficiency.
2008 – 2011 Avenier, Projectmanager / “Beleidsmedewerker” Kwaliteitszorg (specifically
for the Juvenile penitentiary institutions at Zutphen & Wapenveld):

May – november 2011 Tour with the1st (NLD) Police Training Group in Kunduz (Afganistan) as
Operational Analyst (Kap). In preparation of this mission I supported the
comprehensive mission design. In Kundus (and Kabul) this mission document
was translated in a mission plan and monitoring method in close cooperation
with the international partners of this mission.
Focus of this first tour was to set up a structure to be able to coordinate
monitor and assess the progress of this peace and security building mission.
Furthermore my role was to support the commander of the 1st (NLD) Police
Training Group and colleagues of the Dutch foreign affairs office in Kabul.

this position I supported many medium and small sized businesses with the
development and implementation of their QHSE systems. I used my experience
