- Change management: acted as Change Management Expert for Colgate Europe entirely (not just SC).
Led multiple company wide projects of behavioural change (eg E-Buy: change in procurement
procedures affecting mainly marketing and sales), was HR lead for creation of finance shared service
center in Poland and for Project Optima (implementation of Limited Risk Distribution model for
Colgate Europe, with establishment of Principal Company in Geneva, move of HQ from Paris to
Geneva and split of all national companies into 3 separate legal entities (Production, Commercial,
Shared Services). Was HR lead for acquisitions of Sanex (2012) and Gaba (2008)
- Co-developed global company wide change management methodology and acted as its owner and main
practitioner for the entire European division (see above)
- Master trainer for leadership development programmes (“Business integrity”; “Implementing
