3. Gyan # 1: When you have a problem you don't need to invent
new solutions always. Learn from someone else who have
successfully solved that issue earlier. It will save your time,
money and pain.
Gyan # 2: Experience is the most brutal teacher. Successes,
failures, mistakes or withdrawals –experience is the greatest
source of knowledge. One who waits for his/her own
mistakes or failures to learn is a fool. Learn from other's
mistake. It's economical and painless.
4. Gyan # 3: Everyone invests money for making profit. Money
should reap more money. We won't work without
compensation. Business will not work without profit. The
message is clear. 'Make profit or
get ready to close the shutter'.
5. Gyan # 4: Try to share your problems with others. Nobody
knows who is assigned by Almighty to help you. Sometimes,
Bill Gates will travel with you and throw you irritating
questions. Don't be frustrated. Give him answers, because he
is carrying solutions from Almighty.
7. Gyan # 5: A trainer appears when you are ready to get
trained and disappears when the training is completed. But
your cornerman, mentor, friend or partner will accompany
you always during your practice and performance. They are
the people who can push you to do things which you think
you can't. So find out your cornerman today for doing what
you think you can't.
9. Gyan # 6: We can't solve our problems forever. We can't lead
a life without problems. Problems make every day different
and make life exciting. So the essence of leading a successful
life is not solving problems but managing problems.
11. Gyan # 7: Decision making is an art. Every day we have to
take different types of decisions. Some decides then and
there. Some delays taking decisions at right time.
Some never take a decision. Some passes the responsibility
of taking decision to someone like our administrators pass
the buck of taking decisions on controversial issues to courts.
But, when you have the responsibility and authority to take
decisions, you must do it. It may be wrong. It may risk your
goodwill. But, a good leader is always a great decision maker..
12. Gyan # 8: Ambience is important in creating everlasting impressions.
People (prospective customers and employees)
usually come to your workplace with lot of expectations. If their
experience at your place exceeds their expectations, you are lucky. They
will become your customers and
employees. If their experience falls below the expectation levels, then
they will become your enemies. Their lips will wage wars against you
whenever they get a chance. Your people have great roles in delighting
your customers and prospective employees. A nasty security guard will
make your prospect your competitor's customer. Your moron receptionist
will force a great candidate to disappear without attending the interview.
So, experience management
should get more importance than ambience management.
15. Gyan # 9: You like your name most in this world. If someone
calls you by your name, it shows that he/she remembers you.
Like the way you like your name, everyone likes their name
most. So try to remember people by their name. It shows
your interest on that person.
16. • KNOW THEM- know their strengths, weaknesses, problems
and concerns
• CARE THEM- whenever they need your support and guidance
• APPRECIATE THEM- even for their small works you can value
your team members
• GUIDE THEM- whenever they stuck up with doubts, show
them the way
• LEAD THEM- Lead them from front and take them through the
way
19. Gyan # 10: Famous American business leader Mary Kay Ash
once told, “There are two things people want more than sex
and money, recognition and praise.” I like appreciation. You
like appreciation. So, what about others, everyone likes
appreciation. Give it regularly. It costs nothing, but gives
returns always.
Gyan # 11: There are two types of leaders. GODO leaders and
CODO leaders. GODO leaders will instruct team members to
Go and Do it. But CODO leaders will invite team members
'Come on and let's Do it. Select your style now.
22. Gyan # 12: In this competitive world, we must be different or
must offer something different to be get noticed by the
customers. If we are same our competitors, no one will find a
special reason to do business with us. So be different or do
different to survive and excel.
25. Gyan # 13: Improvements and innovations will make you
different. Make it habit. Don't hesitate to hug great ideas.
Don't fear positive changes. Great ideas will bring
changes in favour of your business.
26. Gyan # 14: There is no one without a purpose in life. Everyone has a
strong reason to live and succeed in life. Unfortunately, some never
realizes their purpose. Regrettably, some realizes their purpose, but
never works on it. But, some realizes their purpose of life and works on
it, wins ultimately.
So find out your PURPOSE today. It's never late. Find out ways to work on
your purpose. Think, read, share with your friends, talk to seniors and
browse on internet. Surely something or someone will help you.
Then start working. Work not till you get tired. But, till you WIN. You may
be get tired, may slip down, may be knocked down, may be thrown out,
but never ever stop until you WIN.
27.

2. Value your team members
3. Work with your team
