  13. 13. Work tip. #2 Patience, discipline and dedication are required. The road to “senior” lies within quality, not quantity. Time is the only way to gain the necessary experience. Like many things in life, there are no shortcuts. ● Build a firm foundation: knowledge & standards ● Invest in your tools

  15. 15. Work tip. #3 Understand who and why! Technology is a tool, it serves the business, understand the business and the big picture. ● Who is it for? Who wants it? ● Why do they want it? Why is this the best option?
  16. 16. Work tip. #4 Know, communicate & reset expectations! ● Ask questions! Make sure you really understand everything. ● Understand what the client and your supervisor care about. ● There will be language and culture barriers. ● Over communicate.
