Who are We?
 Alive Automations is one of the leading and very
fast growing tech-start up focused on improving
quality of life and making it more productive and
comfortable.
 We blend in a mixture of innovative technology
and sensible design and make state-of-art home
automation products which influence every aspect
of lifestyle and help us reimagine our homes.
What We Do?
 We make automation systems that can add
intelligence to homes and make home-appliances
respond automatically to our needs. Appliances
will be able to track our behavior, learn and grow
more intelligent with time.
 Our system is completely installation free and
requires no change in current wirings of building.
 User needs not to install any additional central
server in their home or any extra sensor on
appliances to achieve the above case. Only the
appliance needs to be plugged in our Smart Plug.
Our Goal : To Make Every HOME In India
“ Alive Home ” by 2020
Why we think so?
1. The world around us is rapidly changing and people are
finding new ways to stay connected and updated.
2. Business owners have utilized rapid growth in smartphone
industry and internet to provide their services seamlessly to
customers through mobile applications.
3. Today we have power to do almost everything from our
smartphones.
4. But still, when world around us have developed so much, our
homes where we live and spend most of our time are not so
smart. Our homes are still a dumb collection of appliances
under a roof.

Our Goal : To Make Every HOME In India
“ Alive Home ” by 2020
Why we think so?
5. Our Homes are doing their job of protecting us and give us shelter
well.
 What if they could interact with us and help us be more productive ?
 What if they could also have a brain of their own and behave like
they are actually alive?
 What if we could be connected to our homes from any remote
location and we could control or monitor them?
 What if our homes could save almost half of the amount of energy
they consumes?
 What if such homes be so affordable that everyone could have
them?
6. Would it not be good ? Our aim is to make this dream possible.

Our Solution
• In our ecosystem all appliances are able to communicate with each other as well they are
connected to the internet using WIFI. Every appliance in ecosystem can also be
controlled from any remote location using our mobile application, web portal, or even a
SMS.
• User can also create “scenes” and save current state of appliances and restore them to
same state just by selecting “scene” whenever required. This will also include information
like temperature of room and TV channel being played.
• The user can also create his own chain of events or get suggestions from our system.

Target Market
Home automation is a rapidly growing industry and there has
been a dramatic increase in demand for automation in recent
years. IDC forecasts that the worldwide market for IoT solutions
will grow from $1.9 trillion in 2013 to $7.1 trillion in 2020.
 Our focus will be on three major segments in market:
1. Real Estate / New Constructions.
2. Renovation / Automation of infrastructures like hospitals, education
institutions, corporate offices etc.
3. Household / Selling standalone smart-plugs to common public.
 From where would we make money?
1. Providing customized automation solutions to Industry.
2. Selling standalone products / solutions.
3. Services (Installation, Maintenance , Value added services).
Our Competitors
 The core technology which we are using is quite new and has no dependency on
other technologies. There are very few big companies which are working on
similar technology but they are not offering complete intelligent solution. This
includes some of startups from Silicon Valley US. Some noticeable mentions
are:
 1. Wifi plug (A Silicon Valley, US Startup)
Website: http://www.wifiplug.co.uk
 2. Grid Connect
Website: http://www.connectsense.com
 3. Belkin (WeMo)
Website: http://www.belkin.com/us
 Beside these there are some more potential competitors which are well established in
field of Home automation and are mentioned below. Currently their solutions need
special wiring, extra routers or severs and are not intelligent and many times more costly
than our product. Some noticeable mentions in this section are include Eaton , Leviton,
Creston and Control 4.
Team and Key roles
Our core team currently have two members. We have also made a board of advisors to
provide crucial help and experienced advices in field of marketing and planning.
Core Team
