Three organizations - ERMC, DCoE, and JTF-CAPMED - achieved work management success with SharePoint. ERMC standardized healthcare processes, increased patient satisfaction, and ensured accountability of staff and equipment. DCoE established robust knowledge management and integrated different directorates. JTF-CAPMED created a project management system and integrated legacy systems to ensure accountability of equipment and data. Common lessons included challenges with staffing and infrastructure but success came from executive support, agile methodologies, and phased deployments.
