Dr Van de Wetering is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, Science and Technology at the Open University (OU), the Netherlands. The OU is one of top-ranked Universities in the Netherlands, and is a frontrunner in new learning technologies and educational insights. Rogier moved into academia after a decade of managing IT/business transformations in Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice.
