INTRODUCTION
• Go-Jek was launched in August 2010. It was conceived
by founder Nadiem Makarim when he was working as a
consultant for McKinsey and Co. in Jakarta.
• The Go-Jek app offered three basic services: transport,
courier, and shopping, all delivered by its army of ojek
drivers.
