Zero 2 – some experience I have completed training / self-learning, but I haven’t applied it enough yet to be proficient …. Or … I might also have degree in this topic but I am a bit rusty … Zero - Low 3 - Effective I am relatively proficient with a few hours of experience. But I need help when things get hard and generally take a bit of time to deliver. Low - Medium 4 - Expert I can independently operate on my own, deliver quickly, with minimal support and can solve complex problems. Often help others out when they get stuck.
