3. The Concept
• VIBES is a smart casual restaurant that will bring in an enhanced dining
experience in the area by using fresh and high end products picked by
diners while ordering and carefully prepared by chefs.
• The restaurant will have an open meat case housing only the best cuts
and quality of meats.
• The fresh and open baking area using high end proofers and bun
makers will produce fresh burger buns & breads in both classic and
gluten free products to fill in a increasing need for allergy free and
gluten free products.
• Meats, breads, produce and other products used will always be fresh
and never frozen to satisfy the needs and desires of our patrons.
• The ambiance is smoke-free except for outdoor seating, this family
friendly atmosphere will also have a vibrant ambiance created by
servers. .
6. The Concept
VIBES will provide burgers and other items that are chef selected
with infusions from different world cuisines, so one diner can enjoy
an Argentinian strip lion steak, while the other can sample a Thai
infused burger.

• At VIBES, we are working with artistic designers to create an a
concept that is unique in design and also tells a story.
• Our search for a location to implement the flagship restaurant
took us to different locations, however, we believe the Boulevard
can be a perfect fit for the new concept.
• The VIBES at the boulevard will be the launch pad for additional
restaurants and similar concepts branch out into the region.

We asked what people want and we
answered.
• Our produce, fruits and diary will be hand picked daily by the chefs
from local reputable suppliers when possible and imported from EU
and US.
• Our bread and buns will be baked fresh and will be made on demand.
• Our meat will be imported via airfreight chilled and never frozen.
• Our Butcher will ground beef from selected cuts in an open prep area
• One of the feedback we got is cleanliness and trust on food
preparation and quality, we answered by providing open prep area
and a live screen into the kitchen area to add more transparency to
our patrons. .
• At VIBES, static entries are not on the menu, the menu will always be
dynamic to offer newer and enhanced entries every month. .

Our better burger concept (the gourmet burger) is on the rise in
major metropolitans , however, we see the market in Jordan
lacks behind especially in Amman malls.
Based on our study the rate of growth of the gourmet burger is
at 3 to 1 ratio and it is increasing; yet Amman has not seen this
benefit or yet the trend has not caught on. We see a gap in the
varieties of smart casual offerings that do not include the
gourmet burger restaurants.

business and knowledge is diversified in QSR business out of
Texas partners in pizza café and restaurants, we also have a
general trading companies operating in both Kuwait and Iraq.
