One of the most powerful methods for
building new habits is to stack them on
existing habits. We all have plenty of existing
habits: checking e-mails, reading reports,
etc. Use those habits as triggers for new
ones.
Make it oblivious

habits right in front of you is a good way to
implement new habits. It means that if we
need to learn new skills, we must gather all

Reward yourself
