Kerneos is a framework for building modular web consoles using Adobe Flex, GraniteDS, and OSGi. Version 2 of Kerneos implements modules as OSGi bundles to allow dynamic loading and unloading of modules. It features a module store for browsing, downloading, and installing additional modules. The demo shows adding and removing modules at runtime and role-based access to module features. Kerneos is now an OW2 project and being used in the consoles for JASMINe and planned for JOnAS and EasyBeans.
