Sakhalin 1 Odoptu Onshore Production Facility (Russia)
Client: Exxon Neftegas
Services: Multi-discipline construction services
Description: Multi-discipline construction, civil engineering, piling, roads,
piping, process modules, electrical and instrumentation, completions and
commissioning services. Areas include dismantling of existing plant,
non-process infrastructure, utilities, process plant, flow lines, pipeline
and parker drilling area.
Gorgon Project (Barrow Island, Australia)
Operator: Chevron Australia Pty Ltd.
Services: Turnkey engineering, procurement and construction
(EPC), mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, commissioning (MEIC),
telecommunications and electronic (T&E) systems
Description: Thiess Decmil Kentz Joint Venture (TDKJV) completed the
EPC of a cyclone rated construction village to accommodate 3,300 workers.
In succession, Kentz was also awarded the T&E Systems EPC Contract. The
final scope of work was for the MEIC package with our joint venture partner
which included SMP, E&I and commissioning support for the construction of
three 15.6 million tonne per annum LNG trains, including associated utilities
and a domestic gas processing and compression plant.
Wasit Gas Developement Program (Saudi Arabia)
Client: Saudi Arabian Oil Company
Services: FEED and construction management
Description: Grassroots facilities for gas sweetening, dehydration,
sulphur recovery and storage, NGL fractionation, co-generation, electrical
and non-electrical utilities and industrial support facilities to produce
1,750 mmscfd of sales gas, 240 MBCD of NGL and 750 mW of power.
Cardon IV Natural Gas Production Facilities (Venezuela)
Client: Cardón IV (ENI and Repsol joint venture)
Services: Engineering, procurement and construction management
Description: Engineering and procurement services for a 150 mmscfd
early production facility and a 300 mmscfd natural gas processing plant,
including gas conditioning and condensate stabilization. Consorcio La
Perla, a consortium between Valerus and Lindsay Venzuela, constructed
the facilities.

5. Baytown Refinery, Sustaining Capital Engineering Services
Agreement (United States)
Client: ExxonMobil
Services: FEED (integrated with the client’s team), detailed
engineering, procurement, construction management and technical
support services
Description: We have provided a full range of services supporting the
client’s annual maintenance projects and a capital expenditure program
for projects worth up to CAD $25 million.
Pearl GTL Projects (Qatar)
Client: Shell
Services: FEED, engineering, construction
Description: We completed a number of major projects including: EPC for
the modular WWTP for the 35,000 person construction camp, diesel power
generation, telecommunications for turnkey temporary facilities, upstream
gas production facilities, onshore GTL, E&I for the utility and flare areas,
materials management, and commissioning support. Through our framework
agreement, we provide engineering design, construction supervision and
procurement services for plant changes and projects, as well as to onshore
platforms, harbour tank farms, offloading jetties and connecting infrastructure.
Natref Refinery (South Africa)
Client: Sasol Mining Pty / Total South Africa JV
Services: Five year shutdown management and execution services
Description: Preparation and execution of all shutdowns and
turnarounds over a five year period. The refinery utilises leading edge
technology to process majority white products including diesel, petrol, jet
fuel and liquefied petroleum gas from medium gravity crude oil.
Cygnus Offshore Development (North Sea)
Client: GDF Suez
Services: Detailed design of four jackets and of topsides structures
Description: Located at a water depth of 20 metres, the jackets
will support two wellhead platforms, as well as production and living
quarter platforms. We also provided structural detailed design for the
topsides including the APU platform flare, BWHP vent and two Alpha
complex bridges.
