                                       The Process We Follow
    When looking at our points of difference it is clear to see how our services and the quality
    of delivery surpass both Client and Candidate expectations.

    We have summarised our key processes as follows:
      •      Candidates are registered and telephone interviewed to establish their reasons for looking
             at the job market and their personal requirements i.e. salary, location, challenge etc.

      •      Candidate CV’s are vetted and put into a common style

      •      Candidate CV’s are re-written and improved to provide the client with the relevant
             information required for interview.

      •      Candidates whose details match the criteria of Client vacancies and have been selected
             for Client Interview are first Interviewed by a Connections consultant (where
             required)

      •      Prior to a Candidate attending a Client Interview a briefing pack is given on the vacancy
             and the Candidate is assessed against that brief.

      •      When retained a detailed interview report is prepared from the first interview process and supplied
             to the Client prior to an agreement of second interview with the Hiring Manager.

      •      No more than four Candidates are recommended for Client interview against each
             vacancy.

      •      Clients and Candidates are de-briefed following the interview, and feedback
             provided to both.

      •      Assistance with the offer process can be given if required, to ensure a successful
             conclusion.
