•   CTP is the MOD’s contracted recruitment consultant and
    employment agency for all Service Leavers, it offers:
     – A ‘no cost’ recruitment service for employers
     – Accessible, free of charge, on-line system of advertising job
       vacancies to suitable candidates
     – An on-line job matching service – ‘Rightjob’
     – Employment fairs, industry awareness days and company
       presentations
     – Trial attachments
     – Central employment team
•   92% of Service Leavers are in employment within 6 months release,
    and 97% within 12 months

  benefits of employing Service Leavers), at De

Career Transition Partnership (CTP) • CTP is the MOD’s contracted recruitment consultant and employment agency for all Service Leavers, it offers: – A ‘no cost’ recruitment service for employers – Accessible, free of charge, on-line system of advertising job vacancies to suitable candidates – An on-line job matching service – ‘Rightjob’ – Employment fairs, industry awareness days and company presentations – Trial attachments – Central employment team • 92% of Service Leavers are in employment within 6 months release, and 97% within 12 months
