II. RATIONALE:
The activity is in line with the implementation of the Division Memorandum dated last
October 16, 2019. re: “ Pursuant to Division Memorandum CID No. 861, s. 2019 to conduct and
implement the Division Reinforced IREAD Program.
This is to conduct the reading activitiesordiagnostic readingreports (both oral and silent).
The data will be gather based on the outputs of the students in each subject areas.
As teacher/ facilitator of our students, we are responsible for the holistic development of
our students. We should do our role as a teacher by guiding them in their speaking and reading
