The Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) is a New York State program established in 1989 to address the high dropout rate. It provides 12-month academic and social support services to at-risk students at no cost. The Genesee Community College LPP chapter offers tutoring, cultural experiences, career preparation programs, and counseling to enrolled students from the Batavia school district. Services are voluntary and aim to help students succeed academically and plan for their futures.
