Local Relation. Indonesia, Jakarta, December 2016. My duties:
a. Analyze by Management by Objective (MBO) relate with situation and condition of
education in 5 provinces: Papua, West Papua, Maluku, North Maluku, and East Nusa
Tenggara.

b. Make the report relate no.1 above include with the executive summary.
c. Together with Expert Staf of Minister of Education and Culture, area of Central and
Local Relation, finalize national policy brief which will be submitte to the Minister of
Education and Culture for the consideration of national policy on 2017.

order to get education strategic issues in the rural area, remote area, and border area
of Indonesia between Timor Leste, Malaysia, and Papua New Guinea.
f. Visiting schools and FGD with the school member, local community and local
district at the border areas, such as in: Miangas island at North Sulawesi Province;
Berau at North Kalimantan Province; Keerom and Merauke at Papua Province;
Kefamananu and Belu at East Nusa Tenggara Province.
g. Record all FGD result and make analysis based on seven national strategic issues in
education such as: (i) childhood education and community education; (ii) primary
and secondary education; (iii) teachers and education personnel; (iv) curriculum; (v)
language in schools; (vi) culture; and (vii) governance.
h. Attending meeting at the ministry dealing with issues of central and local relations.
i. As a speaker in the National Symposium regarding Diversification of Curriculum
with the topic: ‘Strategic Isues in Education in the Rural Area, Remote Area, and
Border Area of Indonesia’, which held by The Central of Curriculum, Ministry of
Education and Culture Indonesia, on December 2015, Jakarta.
j. Make a final report and recommendation to the Expert Staf of Ministry of
Education and Culture, Indonesia, in field of Central Regional Relation, regarding
strategic issues of education at the Rural Area, Remote Area, and Border Area of
Indonesia.

7. Individual Consultant in Education Management of Early Childhood Education in PAUD
Star Kids, Pekanbaru, Riau, November 2014 – now. My duties:
a. Make a strategic planning for school management.
b. Developing of character skill for childhood education.
c. Developing innovation of teaching learning process for childhood education.
d. Developing of educational tools dealing with cognitive, affective, and psikomotorik
aspects.

8. Head of Literacy Baseline Survey for 40 Elementary Schools in the Lanny Jaya District,
Central Highlands of Papua Province. Join between Word Vision International Indonesia
(WVI) and Education Quality Assurance Agency of Papua. March to October 2015. My
Duties:
a. School mapping of 61 Elementary Schools in District Lanny Jaya, Papua which
include: (i) geographical condition; (ii) access to each school; (iii) numbers of the
teacher of each schools; and (iv) numbers of students who are in grade 3 and 5 of
each schools.
b. Create a cluster systems from 61 Elementary schools became 40 schools refer to the
number 3.a. above.
c. Prepare questions literacy for students in grade 3 and 5 in Elementary School refer
to the standar of competence and basic competences.
d. Coordination and discussion with Education Quality Assurance Institution in the
Papua Province regarding number 3.c. above.
e. Give training to all field enumerators regarding strategies and techniques during
field implementation of student literacy test at 40 elementary schools.
f. Join with Education Quality Assurance Agency in the Papua Province in order to
make analysis regarding result of student litercy test.
g. Make recomendation and education strategic planning, especially for primary
education sector to the local government of District Lanny Jaya, which include: (i)
distribute of the teacher, (ii) method of teaching learning process, (iii) strategy giving
the homework to students, (iv) strategy to make lessons plan, (v) school supervisors,
and (vi) good governance.
9. Advisory assistance to the Secretary of Department of Education and Culture, Province
Papua, Indonesia. October 2015 – February 2016. My duty:
a. Make a guidebook regarding dormitory school management for the special program
of primary education in Papua.
b. Make a guidebook of parenting program for the childhood education for the special
program in Papua.
c. Make a guidebook of tematic field study for the students in the last semester, join
program beetwen Department of Education and Culture, Province Papua and
Cendrawasih University, Papua.
10. Education Specialist for Papua Region, World Vision International Indonesia, (WVI)
which serve in 8 Districts: Jayapura city, Jayapura district, Keerom, Sentani, Biak,
Merauke, Wamena, and Lanny Jaya; September 2014 – September 2015. My duties are
reponsible to all education program under WVI which include:
a. Development guidebook of school-based management refer to three pilars: school
management, joyful learning, and community participation.
b. Development of child-friendly school model.
c. Give training to all teachers in all schools which assisted by WVI regaring joyful
learnin.
d. Give training to all school principals which assisted by WVI regarding school
management.
e. Give training school commitee member.
f. Give life skill training to the drop out students regarding entrepreneurship in the
Disctict Jayawiyaya, District Lanny Jaya, and District Merauke.
g. Evaluate of the Term of References which prepared by all managers in all districts
who will make education activities.

h. Ensure that all education programs run properly.
i. Build good relationship between WVI with: (i) local goverments, (ii) province
government, (iii) other international agency in Papua such as: UNICEF, USAID-
Prioritas, SIL International; (iv) local university; (v) Education Quality Assurance
Agency; (vi) another Area Development Program (ADP) under WVI in orhers
province in Indonesia.
j. Make academic opinion which published in the local news paper relate with
education program of WVI as strategy to give informations to the public.

Make a final report and recommendation to the Expert Staf of Ministry of Education and Culture, Indonesia, in field of Central Regional Relation, regarding strategic issues of education at the Rural Area, Remote Area, and Border Area of Indonesia. k. Preparing the Term of Reference (TOR) for the activities on the Fiscal Year 2016. 7. Individual Consultant in Education Management of Early Childhood Education in PAUD Star Kids, Pekanbaru, Riau, November 2014 – now. My duties: a. Make a strategic planning for school management. b. Developing of character skill for childhood education. c. Developing innovation of teaching learning process for childhood education. d.   • 3. 8. Head of Literacy Baseline Survey for 40 Elementary Schools in the Lanny Jaya District, Central Highlands of Papua Province. Join between Word Vision International Indonesia (WVI) and Education Quality Assurance Agency of Papua. March to October 2015. My Duties: a. School mapping of 61 Elementary Schools in District Lanny Jaya, Papua which include: (i) geographical condition; (ii) access to each school; (iii) numbers of the teacher of each schools; and (iv) numbers of students who are in grade 3 and 5 of each schools. b. Create a cluster systems from 61 Elementary schools became 40 schools refer to the number 3.a. above. c. Prepare questions literacy for students in grade 3 and 5 in Elementary School refer to the standar of competence and basic competences. d. Coordination and discussion with Education Quality Assurance Institution in the Papua Province regarding number 3.c. above. e. Give training to all field enumerators regarding strategies and techniques during field implementation of student literacy test at 40 elementary schools. f. Join with Education Quality Assurance Agency in the Papua Province in order to make analysis regarding result of student litercy test. g.
