3. 8. Head of Literacy Baseline Survey for 40 Elementary Schools in the Lanny Jaya District,
Central Highlands of Papua Province. Join between Word Vision International Indonesia
(WVI) and Education Quality Assurance Agency of Papua. March to October 2015. My
Duties:
a. School mapping of 61 Elementary Schools in District Lanny Jaya, Papua which
include: (i) geographical condition; (ii) access to each school; (iii) numbers of the
teacher of each schools; and (iv) numbers of students who are in grade 3 and 5 of
each schools.
b. Create a cluster systems from 61 Elementary schools became 40 schools refer to the
number 3.a. above.
c. Prepare questions literacy for students in grade 3 and 5 in Elementary School refer
to the standar of competence and basic competences.
d. Coordination and discussion with Education Quality Assurance Institution in the
Papua Province regarding number 3.c. above.
e. Give training to all field enumerators regarding strategies and techniques during
field implementation of student literacy test at 40 elementary schools.
f. Join with Education Quality Assurance Agency in the Papua Province in order to
make analysis regarding result of student litercy test.
g. Make recomendation and education strategic planning, especially for primary
education sector to the local government of District Lanny Jaya, which include: (i)
distribute of the teacher, (ii) method of teaching learning process, (iii) strategy giving
the homework to students, (iv) strategy to make lessons plan, (v) school supervisors,
and (vi) good governance.
9. Advisory assistance to the Secretary of Department of Education and Culture, Province
Papua, Indonesia. October 2015 – February 2016. My duty:
a. Make a guidebook regarding dormitory school management for the special program
of primary education in Papua.
b. Make a guidebook of parenting program for the childhood education for the special
program in Papua.
c. Make a guidebook of tematic field study for the students in the last semester, join
program beetwen Department of Education and Culture, Province Papua and
Cendrawasih University, Papua.

which serve in 8 Districts: Jayapura city, Jayapura district, Keerom, Sentani, Biak,
