We believe that the features included in the project focus on bridging the gap
between parents, staff and students together with easing out the management process
and helping the institution to greatly concentrate on imparting the best education to the
students.
DashBoard: A quick view on the total strength, absent students, weekly attendance and
the recent messages sent.

8. Configure:
Configuration includes the basic set up which will be done by our tech supoort
team ,be it adding of the subjects, creating course, classes, uploading
students and staff data into the system. Upload by excel option is also
provided for students and staff, along with that the data can be exported in
excel format.

9. Mobile application for Parents and Staff
Mobile application for parents: Every parent application
has unique user logins to access the app. The features
includes attendance reports, Exam schedules, Gallery,
Messages, Home works, Time table, Subject plan, Notice
board, Canteen, Online fee payment and Leave requests.
Mobile application for staff: Every staff application
has unique user logins to access the app. The features
include Attendance, Connect, Exam, Gallery, Activities,
Homework, Leave requests.

10. Attendance: Option to take session wise or subject wise attendance and
send automated alert messages to absentee’s student parents.

11. Connect: Reach out to parents, staff or students
anytime by dropping a text message by selecting from
the options group, staff, particular class or the entire
school.
Leave Request: Admin can accept or reject leave
requests from student and staff.

12. Examination:
➢ Examination setup and schedule can be sent to parents and students
➢Marks can be uploaded manually or through excel sheet
➢Marks can be sent to students and parents
➢The progress report with graphical representation and analysis of marks
can be downloaded in PDF Format

13. Reports: Get reports on weekly, monthly and annual attendance,
message delivery status, class strength of each class and dashboard
gives a quick view on the recent logins.

14. Operations:
➢ Library : Library management system includes with features like
recording the available books, issue and return of the books, due
dates,reminders...
➢ Transport: Manage bus and bus route details, driver
details, bus location tracking equipped with GPS.
➢ Fee Management: Can be configured to suit the fee
structure followed by the institution and online payment
options included.

15. E-Learning include
➢ Assignments: Upload the assignments for each class and track the submission.
➢ Study Materials: Upload the documents on different subjects for students
to download the content.
➢ Co-curricular Activities: Seek permission for the different activities
conducted from the parents along with options for online payment.
➢ Survey & Assessment: Conduct feedback surveys from students and
parents to know their opinions on various aspects.

Domain name registration requires utilizing the service of a
domain name register. In our case the domain name is
bridgeparents.com under which a subdomain is created
preceding with the name of the institution ex: if the name of
the institution is Victoria the domain created will be
victoria.bridgeparents.com.
 Project hosting:
To make the site visible to the world, it has to be hosted on the
web server. We use the best architecture & web server
technology to host the projects.
