This progress report summarizes work on co-clustering methods for documents and words, including a new proposed method called CCAM (Co-clustering with Augmented Matrix). It introduces baseline K-means clustering, existing ITCC method, and the new CCAM method. CCAM outperforms ITCC and baseline methods on average F-measure for ad and user clustering across different values of K clusters. Background Information
You have just been hired as the new chief information officer for a mid-size university. The
university has recently joined a group of other universities as part of a new alliance. This new
alliance requires the university to revisit its IT strategy, operations, policies, and budget to
optimize the use of Information Technology assets and resources. Major IT projects are
expected to take place in the future. One of these major projects is the implementation of a
uniform enterprise resources planning system to serve the university’s academic and
administration needs. This is a significant category of project that typically takes 1 to 2 years or
more to complete. Even more importantly, you observe that the current organization is
inadequate for implementing this major undertaking. This project will therefore involve almost
every single unit in the organization. Not only will you need to update the organizational
structure, but you will also need to train users on the new system, and work with every single
department to convert their existing data into the new system and make sure that all these
systems are now integrated.

For this assignment, you will assume the role of the Chief Information O~cer (CIO) at RR (i.e., you are
Carol). Since you are RR's first CIO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) has asked you for a plan for the
organizational changes you need to make. One of the first things you realize is that the organization that
exists is just an SIT Department' and you know that what RR needs, and has hired you to do, is to create
an organization that fulfills the broad responsibilities of a Chief Information Officer. You know that your
proposal needs to be convincing to the CFO in order for you to get the resources you need.
Assignment
You will develop a memorandum addressed to the CFO that explains how you want to change your IT
Department into a CIO organization and why. Your memo will address each of the topics listed below,
and should be written so that it flows well from one section to the next. Each of the topics to be included
is covered in the te~book readings assigned thus far; use the Index to locate specific relevant portions of
the text, and to locate additional ideas that may be included in chapters not yet assigned. In addition to
the course materials, at least one external resource (resource other than those provided in the class)

zkStudyClub - LatticeFold: A Lattice-based Folding Scheme and its Application...
Folding is a recent technique for building efficient recursive SNARKs. Several elegant folding protocols have been proposed, such as Nova, Supernova, Hypernova, Protostar, and others. However, all of them rely on an additively homomorphic commitment scheme based on discrete log, and are therefore not post-quantum secure. In this work we present LatticeFold, the first lattice-based folding protocol based on the Module SIS problem. This folding protocol naturally leads to an efficient recursive lattice-based SNARK and an efficient PCD scheme. LatticeFold supports folding low-degree relations, such as R1CS, as well as high-degree relations, such as CCS. The key challenge is to construct a secure folding protocol that works with the Ajtai commitment scheme. The difficulty, is ensuring that extracted witnesses are low norm through many rounds of folding. We present a novel technique using the sumcheck protocol to ensure that extracted witnesses are always low norm no matter how many rounds of folding are used. Our evaluation of the final proof system suggests that it is as performant as Hypernova, while providing post-quantum security.

Mutation Testing for Task-Oriented Chatbots
Conversational agents, or chatbots, are increasingly used to access all sorts of services using natural language. While open-domain chatbots - like ChatGPT - can converse on any topic, task-oriented chatbots - the focus of this paper - are designed for specific tasks, like booking a flight, obtaining customer support, or setting an appointment. Like any other software, task-oriented chatbots need to be properly tested, usually by defining and executing test scenarios (i.e., sequences of user-chatbot interactions). However, there is currently a lack of methods to quantify the completeness and strength of such test scenarios, which can lead to low-quality tests, and hence to buggy chatbots.
To fill this gap, we propose adapting mutation testing (MuT) for task-oriented chatbots. To this end, we introduce a set of mutation operators that emulate faults in chatbot designs, an architecture that enables MuT on chatbots built using heterogeneous technologies, and a practical realisation as an Eclipse plugin. Moreover, we evaluate the applicability, effectiveness and efficiency of our approach on open-source chatbots, with promising results.
