I am constantly looking at new ways of driving the performance of individuals that go beyond training. I believe that individuals should have full accountability for their professional development and ultimately this will lead to their success. There are 3 principles to establishing a world classs performance program. 1. Understanding the vision and strategy of your key stakeholders. 2. Identifying the profile of each person to gain insight into their Values, Beliefs, Experiences, Motivations and Behaviours. 3.
