BQS PRESENTATION:
BQS - Brazil Quality Services Ltda was established and incorporated in São Paulo State, Brazil, in April of
1995. The Company was formed to assist and provide services on the areas of quality assurance, proprietor
engineering, quality control, expediting, electromechanical assembling and assembly surveillance at site,
non destructive examinations (NDE), assembly coordination, contract coordination, administrative work,
site safety and inspection of equipments. BQS is a company formed by independent professionals
specialized in manufacturing and assembly of electromechanical equipment and quality engineering. The
purpose of BQS is offer technical solutions of high quality to our clients in a fast way and at competitive
costs.

BQS and its affiliated companies have professionals strategically located in North America, European
Countries, Asia Countries, Central and South America Countries.
1. Scope of services:
Provide auditing, QC inspections, Non Destructive Examinations (NDE), manufacturing follow-up, QA
monitoring and expediting during the manufacturing phases, assembly surveillance at site, assembly at site
and erection of Power generation equipment, where and when defined by the clients. Attend project
meetings where and when requested. Keep full contact with the clients during manufacturing and assembly
phases. Provide electromechanical assembly of equipments in Brazil and other countries of South America.

2. Available resources:
2.1 Professionals:
Inspection inspectors, auditing and expediting inspectors, administrative personnel, site assembly and
surveillance inspectors with more than 10 years of experience in QC functions, expediting, manufacturing
and assembly activities for power generation equipment including NDE execution and witnessing.
2.2 Offices:
Complete Office installations in Brazil and support people in United States, Austria, South Korea and
Romania to give administration support during all phases of the contracts and provide in time documentation
and support to the clients anywhere.
2.3 Hardwares & Software:
Complete structure with desktop and laptop computers, digital cameras, fax, internet, printers and scanners
to provide accurate information regarding the work being performed.
3. BQS operational structure:
BQS expertise:
1. All inspectors that work for BQS have more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing,
quality inspections and installation of the related equipment.
2. BQS inspectors are multifunction attending electromechanical activities, so there is no need to
have 2 different inspectors for electrical and mechanical inspections.
3. BQS provides daily information, about the status of the equipment under inspection or
installation, by using internet, digital photos, reports.
4. For multiple units contract BQS makes daily follow-up during assembly of the equipments at site,
and provides feed back to the inspectors at the manufacturers in order to prevent reoccurrence of
non conformances,
5. BQS has the best price of the market and severe commitment to the client needs.
6. BQS can provide inspection services at any place in the Americas and Europe. BQS can also
provide NDE services at anyplace by working in conjunction with affiliated companies.
7. BQS managers are also inspectors that directly participate on the inspection activities assuring
complete in time support to our clients.
8. BQS is fast in time for attendance. After request normally one to two days are enough time to
have a person attending the client needs.
