Planned and managed meetings supervised the staff and developed program budgets.
• Oversaw program budgets exceeding $500K.
• Chose meeting/event sites, negotiated service contracts and developed marketing collateral.

 HPD is the mayoral agency of NYC that develops and maintains the city's stock of affordable housing.
OFFICE MANAGER
Coordinator for the Assistant Commissioner of Property Management for NYC; the office manages the rental of over
30,000 housing units.
• Managed relationships with the public, property owners/landlords, community groups and government officials.
• Liaised with community groups and mediated/resolved housing related issues.

• Trained the staff on policies, procedures and software applications.
