My View of the Market 
 Through the first six months of the year the trends 
have been: Continued low inventory and rising 
prices. 
 Sales are still good but we are back in a “normal” 
market as opposed to the frenzy we saw in the spring. 
 There was more negotiation off of list price in August 
then in July. Fewer multiple offers.
