last year by 7% and
ahead of 2012 by
4%. The spikes are
end of month when
more closings take
place.
9. My View of the Market
Through the first six months of the year the trends
have been: Continued low inventory and rising
prices.
Sales are still good but we are back in a “normal”
market as opposed to the frenzy we saw in the spring.
There was more negotiation off of list price in August
then in July. Fewer multiple offers.
