market. In different
price ranges our
inventory ranges from
less than a month to
more than four years.
9. My View of the Market
Inventory was at an all time low to start the year but
it seems that inventory is starting to slowly build as
sellers take advantage of the strong sellers market
and cash in on recent appreciation.
Interest rates have dipped recently matching 12
month lows. Buyers are taking advantage.
Prices are still appreciating quickly. Especially in the
lower price ranges.
