the market in Boulder County on a
weekly basis for 2018. So far 2018 is
off to a good start with listings in
line with previous years.

going under contract each week. Looking at the
red line you can see that apart from a small dip
in February properties going under contract
have stayed roughly consistent with previous
years.

Cumulative yearly sales for the first 20
weeks of 2018 are up 7.19% over 2017.
8. The market is in full swing. The high end of the market is
surprisingly strong with a record number of closings
occurring so far above $2 million. We are seeing more
homes on the market and those homes are selling. We
are not seeing as many multiple offer situations.
