8. My View of the Market
 Buyer demand is still red hot. New listings are like a
revolving door for the first few days. This activity is
resulting in multiple offers. Many homes get 10 or
more offers!
 We have seen more listings coming on the market
lately but still at a lower pace than past years. There
is still time to list your home and get great activity on
your home.
