 Supervise and directs the Facility’s operations staff and monitor performance of their assigned
responsibilities of Citi’s 255,000sf facility.
 Perform and /or direct the performance of all facility departmental service requests, insuring
that work performed in all spaces are accomplished efficiently with a minimum amount of
disruption.
 Manage, update and compile monthly and quarterly reports as requested by the client.
 Manage departmental staff, including selection, scheduling and job assignments, disciplinary,
termination and other personnel actions. Provide training and support aimed at expanding the
capabilities of the operations and maintenance staff, including, but not limited to, personal
safety, mechanical and electrical systems, and fire/life-safety.
 Ensure compliance with all Citi requirements and expectations, including Critical Facilities’
Guidelines, Critical Environment Work Authorization, Process Optimization, all operations
and maintenance Bulletins.
 Provide technical oversight to support Property/ Project Management in the delivery of
maintenance, project, and construction related activities supporting facility operations.
 Plan and manage the budget, allowing for appropriate control and utilization of clients’
resources. Recommend and provide cost/ benefit analysis for repairs and improvements, for
inclusion in the annual budget.
 Occupancy planning and space optimization scheduling.
 Maintain effective communication with all external and internal customers, including Clients,
Property & Project management, and Engineering staff.
 Train the trainer on new Manhattan Program Maintenance software that replaced Citi legacy
systems.

 Responsible for the total maintenance of a 208,000 thousand square foot manufacturing
facility. 15 acre site.
 Supervise 29 maintenance associates, including janitorial and grounds.
 Directly responsible for 32 stamping presses 600 to 1000 ton (coil feed) and transfer presses.
800 to 1700Tons.
 Project leader for KK/KJ platform, assembly line optimization.
 Familiar with various robotic welding cells (Fanuc, Miller, Motoman)
 Resurrect CMMS program (MQ1), to a fully functioning program, by working with the
Director of Information Technology.
 Work in an engineering capacity, with all incoming equipment and programs.
 Assist other plants with “best practices” knowledge.
 Instrumental in the development and implementation of the Layered Process Audit (LPA).

 Supervise and advise U.A.W. workforce in a maintenance and production environment.
 Directly responsible for the maintenance and repair for all equipment in the fuel injector
manufacturing department. D-4 Zone.
 Responsible for, 4 Engel vertical injection mold machines, 16 Bryant high speed grinders and 9
Multi-spindle screw machines. Plus many sub assembly machine all of the custom variety.
 Clean room experience with the assembly and test room. Consisting of two assembly lines and
multiple test stands.
 Use of Maximo, CMMC program for preventive maintenance program.
 Tested and passed all of Visteon (Ford’s) safety and production quality exams.
 Involved in the inter-plant PM best practice team.
 Was involved in many new equipment installment teams throughout the plant.
 Department received the Best in Plant for our actions during the Major Black Out of 2003. Due
to the fact our department had no equipment failures or quality issues after production start up.

 Responsible for controlling the total maintenance of 190,000 square foot manufacturing
facility.
 Directly responsible for the preparation of an annual budget of over 1.3 million and operating
within that budget with regard to the expenses for production supplies, operating supplies,
electricity, gas, water and sewer.
 Supervise eighteen maintenance department employees over three shifts.
 Assist maintenance employees in troubleshooting and repairs.

 Keep up on technological changes such as retrofitting machinery to meet today's new laws and
efficiency standards.
