 Provides day-to-day technical guidance to the O&M team, in order to optimize plant
performance and to take preventive and /or corrective actions
 Identifies plant performance improvement projects and prepares techno -economic
assessments based on PWPA and FDM framework for the same, for submission to
the project company/shareholders
 Lead the planning and execution of the annual net dependable capacity test (NDCT)
 Assist in preparation of design documents, technical and functional specifications
and requirements document during commissioning and operation periods.
 Managing and coordinating work groups according to weekly schedules on daily
basis
 Review and accept pre-commissioning testing completed by contractors.
 Working closely with the project & construction groups for punch listing, system
