Plant Manager, Boffalora, Milan, Italy: Direct 26-member team in all aspects of structuring and organizing the
procedures necessary for the installation, start-up and operation of a new Combined cycle 6F Power Generation Plant
with Gas Compressors in Italy. Work with Teams to assure all regulations, Owners’ permits, Owners’ contract
requirements and policies and procedures were strictly followed. Supported start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting
and operation and maintenance of six (6) other Facilities which consisted of GE Frame 6B, 9E and Aero Derivative
Gas Turbines.
Maintenance Manager, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, USA: Manage all maintenance activities for $10 MM budget and
direct teams of 21 full time and 75 contracted employees in Cogeneration Power Plant. Drove preventative
maintenance philosophy at all levels of the organizations. Updated equipment maintenance & warehouse logs and
long-term maintenance plans on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Implemented new
CMMS. Procure replacement capital spares and tooling. Provide leadership to drive teams to no OSHA
