It contains various customized modules for effectively maintaining automobiles and stock information accurately and safely.
When the automobile is sold to the customer, stock will be reduced automatically. When a new purchase is made, stock will be increased automatically. While selecting automobiles for sale, the proposed software will automatically check for total number of available stock of that particular item, if the total stock of that particular item is less than 5, software will notify the user to purchase the particular item.
Also when the user tries to sale items which are not in stock, the system will prompt the user that the stock is not enough. Customers of this system can search for a automobile; can purchase a automobile easily by selecting fast. ‘Blog Management System’ is web based application which automate existing
manual system by the help of computerized equipments and full-fledge
computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable
information can be stored for a long period with easy accessing and
manipulation of the same. The required software and hardware are easily
available and easy to work with.
‘Blog Management System’ can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast
management system. It assist the user to concentrate on their other activities
rather concentrate on the record keeping. Thus it will help organization in
better utilization of resources. The organization can maintain computerized
records without redundant entries. That means that one need not be
distracted by information that not relevant, while being able to reach the
information.

The main objective of the Project on Blog Management System is to manage the details of Blogs,
Idea, Topic, Entries, Views. It manages all the information about Blogs, Content, Views, Blogs. The
project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the
access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work
for managing the Blogs, Idea, Content, Topic. It tracks all the details about the Topic, Entries,

13. Data Flow Diagram
A data flow diagram is graphical tool used to describe and analyze
movement of data through a system. These are the central tool and
the basis from which the other components are developed. The
transformation of data from input to output, through processed, may
be described logically and independently of physical components
associated with the system.
These are known as the logical data flow diagrams. The physical data
flow diagrams show the actual implements and movement of data
between people, departments and workstations.

Our project is only a humble venture to satisfy the needs to manage their
project work. Several user friendly coding have also adopted. This package shall
prove to be a powerful package in satisfying all the requirements of the school.
