Intro each other (unless we know everyone in the room) Tyson Own a podiatry business in Cairns Been in business as a podiatrist for 27 years Wrote a book Nicky Makes websites for businesses Owns a web development company for 15 books and employs 20 people Company is responsible for about 10,000 websites Writing a book

  4. Nicky Yourself You MUST think about all the reflections: clients & customers think, staff think, stakeholders and sponsors. Who do you keep as friends? What do you like & follow on Facebook?

(Food @ Restaurant)  What are they feeling - are chairs comfy, surfaces not sticky or have fingerprints, door handles etc. Managing channels - so they look up to date?  NJ example of crumbs on tray on plane Example, Flynns Restaurant no kids, United Breaks Guitars, Capital Podiatry car thru building caption contest (Video will autoplay on the next slide)
