        F2F and online learning
        are each made better by
        the presence of the
        other. (Carter, 2009)

• Expand and contribute to the students’ learning
  effectiveness.
• Reflect innovative and creative use of new
  and ever changing technologies that extend
  the students’ learning environments beyond
  the classroom and the physical campus.
• Show the instructor’s willingness to experiment, to
  take risks, and to test new technologies to improve the
  students’ learning experiences.
• Reflect a commitment to improve learning by
  enhancing access to information, enabling students to
  test their knowledge, engaging students, and
  promoting collaboration, as well as fostering the
  students’ application of knowledge from the course.
