The four main needs faced by small business owners who want to grow are:

This program is designed to be delivered to small business owners to help them in the above areas
and in setting goals, marketing, sales, negotiating, cash-flow management. It is run over a ten-week
period with six weekly session taking 2 hours each, followed by four weekly one-on-one meetings
with the coach to help bed the principles and to tailor the outcomes to the specific needs of the
business and the individual.

goals/objectives, actions and measurement criteria and would have made good progress towards
