Executive Coaching
Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize
  their own performance. Coaching is all about raising
  awareness and responsibility. (John Withmore 1992)

by defining their own development needs
     and by taking responsibility on their

  the coachees realize the impact of their

Change is situational while transition is psychological.

Transition is a process that requires close
management and a great deal of attention
