Overview
• Basically inner circle (Particular location/Community)magazines like
location based, communities based and business based newspaper can
reach the particular area in person or by post. Here only readers from
particular locality can able to get the news ,in spite through our site readers
can view the news from any part of world.
• Hence here even a micro level news will reach the readers
globally, moreover readers can even able to differentiate the news through
different journalistic views ,by integrating different publishers news at our
single site
.
• We further extend our site by categorizing the news in respective fields
(community, regions, languages, jobs, business, etc) which helps the users
to explore comfortably.
• Our point of target is fully focused on inner circle publishers in spite of
global publishers , where readers will go search for their locality news.

The Problem
• Currently we are having the manual distribution of
magazines
• Because of manual, everything should be in-place, in-person,
etc., this causes the speed of reaching of magazine is much
slower compared to online publish, Many times it could not reach
to the user’s location due to various climatic conditions, traffic
jams and the news reaches only within a smaller locality, only
less number of people can benefit through the publisher.
• In today’s world the billions of publishers(customers) publish
their magazine around their local areas but they have desire to
publish it in online globally ,if they want it to do so, more
investment needed. So, We are here to resolve it by integrating
all magazines worldwide without any cost from publishers.

The Solution
• We, Inner Global Circle Magazine entering into the
business of integrating all magazines within a single site
without charging from any publisher. So we can able to
collect all publisher across world as much as possible.
• Because of online distribution, from any part of the world the
users can access the magazine and this proves, the user volume
gets raised for our customers significantly and the distribution
gets reliable, accuracy and fastest automatically
• Our customer revenue will increases to a greater extent through
international advertisement, etc. within a very short term.

• Since this is a new business to the market, and today’s
market seems to be very vast and also there is no
competitors which helps us to grow faster in the market
and composing greater opportunity for us
• We can generate revenues by bringing popularity towards our
customers and then we reach the specified market task through
local and international adveretisements.
• Within 3-5 years we targeted to acquire at least 1 billion potential
customers behind us and successively 5% growth per year
• We have planned to work aggressively to achieve greater
revenues not less than 100 crore INR for the future 3-5 years and
successively 5% growth per year.

Financial Roadmap
• We can generate revenues by bringing popularity towards our
customers and then we reach the specified market task through
local and international advertisements.
• Within 3-5 years we targeted to acquire at least 1 billion potential
customers behind us and successively 5% growth per year
• We have planned to work aggressively to achieve greater
revenues not less than 100 crore INR for the future 3-5 years
and successively 5% growth per year.
• For First 3 years approximately our expense will be around 8- 10
crore INR which covers
development, marketing, support/sales, operational
expenses, space and management expenditures.
• We can get profit for our company from at least 12 to 15 months
started up.
