Service Technician Will creat In House Repair with the reference to the Complaint Open Complaint-open follow up Transaction-click on In House Repair If Customer does not have any warranty or no service Contract then he has to get the paid service. Ex- I Base- Component- No warranty is assigned + No Service Contract Business Process (End user )- 1. End user will create a complaint for Customer 300029, Component is 3525 and he will check if any warranty or Contract is available 2. If There is No warranty /No Contract then he will create a service quotation and submit to customer. Based upon customer conformation he will create service order then subsequently service Conformation. Some Time service quotation is optional .if that is the case service order will be created from complaint.
